[p2pu-webcraft] Is Cold Fusion Relevant for School of Webcraft?

We've just received our first proposal for a Cold Fusion group which I have
declined. My understanding is that it is not open as it is owned by Adobe
and requires a proprietary, paid server software.

I just want to check that this was correct? Please let me know if I've got
this wrong.
