Hi Pippa.
I agree in some points:
   - Introduction to Web 2.0 and HTML 
   - HTML 5 (& CSS) I´m attending one in spanish called "Experiencias web con html5" @ P2Pu)  
   - Javascript 101 
   - PHP 101 
   - MySQL 101 

I would also recommend some course devoted to interfase design, AKA FrontEnd design, or related to UX or usability.

I´m found of the P2PU courses so far!
