[p2pu-webcraft] Apcelerator JS App Framework

There was a discussion about this in SF between Mark, Philipp, and me. I
thought that it would fit, since it's using web skills. In the interest of
the open web, we should be pushing for HTML5 apps on phones as opposed to
native apps.

Definitely can be a non-SoW class, no doubt about that.
