[p2pu-webcraft] What are the core topics that should always have active study groups?

Maybe seminars (2-3 weeks?) organized by knowledgeable people? Yes, we're
peer to peer but sometimes it helps to have someone that knows this stuff
involved even if to sign off on the topics covered? Kind of like how
advanced badges have advanced people reviewing them.

Languages could be: Java, PHP, Ruby, Python, Javascript...? <-- all these I
think are more than seminar length and fine with peer to peer though it
really helps to have someone knowledgeable nearby and we seem to be doing
that way with them (Dan, Andy, etc).

Frameworks (organized by knowledgeable types):
Java: JSF, Seam, Struts, ...?
Ruby: Rails?
PHP: CakePHP? ..?
Python: Django! ..?
Javascript: node, jQuery, YUI?, Prototype, ...?

Some are harder to set up a development environment but it'd be nice to look
forward to a session, even if a short one, on the above :) Though, we could
just make them ourselves but that's a lot of work for one or two people.

Can you tell I love languages? ;)

I would think the documentation would be a great start for open resources.
I'm finding some have better documentation than others. There are, of
course, books but not all are online and open.
