Hey Sebastian!

That's a very thorough Trello board, super useful!!

I went through it and answered some of the questions. We can maybe set
up a google hangout/skype call to talk about things.

At the end you ask what tasks we manually perform either via the admin
interface or through the django console. That's probably the best
starting point in my opinion!

There are also https://github.com/p2pu/badges and
https://github.com/p2pu/mechanical-mooc which are a smaller Django
projects.
