[p2pu-dev] linode (free) upgrades

Hey Dirk:

Our linodes are eligible for free upgrades. Can you schedule some time to
do this? I think for the production server it would cause about 3 hours of
downtime.

It doubles capacity on each of the servers and should solve many of the
performance snags we've had with etherpad as well as lernanta.

I'd also like to turn off stats sooner rather than later. Maybe we can make
this a Linode project.
