[p2pu-dev] Revamping the community call

Hello good people
I think we'd all agree the community call is not exactly amazing at the
moment. This is not a reflection on any of us, but just a natural evolution
of an organisation and its tools. I know the call is an important part of
our open governance process, but it's probably time we evolved the call.
So, I'd like to propose a couple of options, and ask for your Green (love
the idea, yes yes yes) Orange (hang on, I have some questions) and Red
(Ugh, this stinks and here's why...) opinions.
1. We scrap the call as it stands, and replace it with an every-2 weeks
staff call that is open to anyone who wants to listen. To add an item to
the agenda, you have to have done some prep and sent your idea before the
meetings. Adding to the agenda on the day is not an option. This call will
be under an hour and notes circulated to all.
2. We scrap the call and replace it with a once-a-month seminar type event
where people present pitches, progress reports, research feedback, special
guest stars.
3. A combination of 1 & 2
4. Everything stays the same. The call is set in stone, for perpetuity.
Other options and thoughts would be welcome, but we'd like to enact this
from this week, so less discussion = a happier community call sooner.
