[p2pu-dev] Notification overload

Hi there,

Several of us have been experiencing extreme Notification overload from P2PU. It's very very annoying. Always notifying about badges. At first I checked to do peer review, but these are not real badges. There's a bot or something constantly resubmitting the same BS site. Even though we've turned off all notification settings, these notifications keep coming.
