[p2pu-dev] css switchover

Ok, just needed to do 'touch static/sass/*' before running
./generate-css-once.sh

Changes are here
(https://github.com/dirkcuys/lernanta/tree/css-framework).  I made the
changes on my repo rather that the fork itself to avoid 10 million
conflicts that may occur, merge at your descretion
