Hi Jessy
In general it should be me, John or anyone else that's helping out on
help.p2pu.org with the skills needed to ensure that a ticket is
implementation ready.
Help is linked like Jose pointed out, but improving is always good. At
the moment a reasonable amount of users report things on help.p2pu.org
