Hey guys, it makes sense to me too.

There are two links to help, one just to the left of the login, and
one in the footer, but I agree with Jessy that maybe we'd need a more
clear or prominent one.

The more techie people will tend to use github issues for discussion,
especially if you are commenting on a pull request or something, but
as a rule of thumb, it makes sense to do that mid-migration step.
