[p2pu-dev] Adding badges to a challenge

Not sure if it is needed either... many people asking to add custom badges?

I will open a pad with the info but just wondering if you guys have
templates for the icon? and if there is a colour scheme or something
like that I should adhere to? I think in this case green would work
great.
