[p2pu-dev] Adding badges to a challenge

Yes. I added two pages on help about badges on the knowledge badges but
they were more about what is a badge, what p2pu has work on related to
badges (pilots, ...) and how to send badges to the OBI. Not sure if we
should add info there about the creation process before ir stops being
manual.
