[p2pu-dev] P2PU Chinese Translation

The latest chinese translation is at

Stian and Emilia have contributed this translation.

I am a friend of Emilia. In fact, I am an advistor to her current project
YUE. I suggest her to translate P2PU into Chinese.

I like Github, but I am sorry I don't have enough time to learn Github. I
will give Chinese translation suggestions to Emilia directly.

p.s.
I always want to contribute to P2PU, but each time I am required to learn
new tools first. Then I give up the task and feel compunction about I can't
help P2PU.***
