[p2pu-dev] Community Picks not showing up on Learn page

The numbers are based on the total number of tagged courses/challenges/...
but not all of them will show up depending on the filters.

E.g.

http://p2pu.org/en/groups/?all_languages=on&tag=javascript
http://p2pu.org/en/groups/?all_languages=on&tag=javascript&under_development=on
http://p2pu.org/en/groups/?all_languages=on&tag=javascript&archived=on

and the 17 tagged as javascript are:
