[p2pu-dev] Community Picks not showing up on Learn page

   - Learn Page looking great!

   - When I tag a group "communtiy pick" in review, it shows up in
   p2pu.org/admin but it does not show up on
   http://p2pu.org/en/groups/?all_languages=on&featured=community
   At first, I thought perhaps these groups were still marked "under
   development" but changing that did not seem to have an effect.
