[p2pu-dev] "Sign up for similar courses in the future" feature

We have to figure out the terminology, but we may be able to do away with
following a course. When you start (like following a course) a challenge
you essentially say that you're interested in the content and may want to
work in a group in the future (so we tell you about the available groups).
When you join a team, you're essentially "Participating."
