[p2pu-dev] "Sign up for similar courses in the future" feature

Thank you for the panel yesterday - it was great! I wish Open Education
Week promoted it more. But it's the first!

During the event people asked, "Will you let me know when the course runs
again?" several times.

This is actually something frequently requested! I get email like this a
lot. Also, people sign up for old closed courses and say in their note they
want a course like that.

Is there an existing functionality that can be used? Is it something easy
to make?
