[p2pu-dev] Accessing list.p2pu.org archives

There is HTML code in the page of the pipermail archive that instructs
Google to not index the page. Specifically the code says don't index the
page but follow any other links on the page for potential indexing. That is
why Google is not picking up the archive pages.
