[p2pu-dev] API status?

What is the status of the API, would it be possible to apply this to the
main P2PU branch? I am doing a small research project on historical P2PU
courses, and the current course listing doesn't make it very easy for me to
easily filter and retrieve historical course listings etc - it would be
great if I could use the API to grab JSON data about all projects available
on p2pu.org. Since it's read-only right now (right?), it shouldn't be very
risky to deploy it to P2PU org? We can have a warning saying this is alpha,
don't build a big project based on it etc?
