[p2pu-dev] more p2pu direct message spam

hey all,

i've forwarded a few of these spam messages to the dev list to highlight
this as an issue, and would love to start a discussion about what we might
do to address it. being spammed is a deterrent to creating a profile
and using the platform. i get about one of these every few weeks. that's
not a ton but it's definitely annoying.

twitter only allows direct messages if you are following the originator.
that works pretty well but i still wish there was a more open way... maybe
asking them to fill out a form with specific questions the first time? does
anyone else have ideas?
