[p2pu-dev] UReddit has an API

I asked the developer behind UReddit (which is also OSS) if there was an
API, because I haven't quite given up my plans to create what John B called
"P2PU Radar" (a list of all upcoming open courses, no matter which platform
they are on). He said there wasn't, but then he whipped one up over night.
