[p2pu-dev] Minor release

Hi everyone

I just pushed out a minor update to the live site. Reviewing a course
should now trigger a notification for all course organizers! I didn't get
to adding easy navigation from the course to the reviews.

The other change that's included, is the from address for all notifications
should now read "P2PU Notifications <noreply at p2pu.org>" or "P2PU
Notifications <reply+sdkl290sdfkj2309 at reply.p2pu.org>"
