[p2pu-dev] Including Dutch, Swedish and Chinese into p2pu's available translations.

http://alpha.p2pu.org/sv/ is a demo of the Swedish version but you
can't login with your usual accounts there. Use administrator/password
or user-3/password to login there.

I am going to be away for a week starting this Friday and I am back on
Feb 13th (Monday). I am planning to do a release around the first days
of the week of the 13th. So it should be on the p2pu site by mid
February.
