[p2pu-dev] edit text on the create a course page

If I wanted to make some changes to the text on this page:

http://p2pu.org/en/groups/create/

What would be the easiest way to do that?

* Do I need to set up a development environment and then send a pull
request via github?
* Is there somewhere in the Django admin interface where I could edit the
copy on that page?
