[p2pu-dev] Testing Sandbox

Thanks to Zuzel for adding sandbox to the course creation page:
http://p2pu.org/en/groups/create/

I'm wondering if there are quick improvements we can make on this page to
make sure peoples intentions are matched by where they click.. Even though
the link is in place a few junk courses have still been created on the main
site.

Would a splash page with the two options (create or test) add too much to
the process?
