[p2pu-dev] Unable to connect #p2pu-dev on irc

Hi,
    According to this page https://github.com/p2pu/lernanta/wiki , irc
channel is on freenode tried connecting to  #p2pu-dev  on freenode , could
not find anyone there , is it  the proper channel to ask questions to dev's
or am i missing something ?
