[p2pu-dev] reducing spam on help.p2pu.org

The amount of SPAM that has come through as new discussions to
help.p2pu.orgis increasing.

Tenderapp (the support management system we use) offers three options for
dealing with spam: (a) no spam filter, (b) brain busters, and (c) recaptcha
for new users.

We are currently using (b). I propose we switch to (c) for a week or so and
see if that helps.
