[p2pu-dev] Server maintenance

Dirk,

I guess we need to keep badges.p2pu with lernanta since they share the db,
or at least on a private network together.

Also, if we are setting up a new production and staging server for
lernanta, let's use the chef script I wrote!

Is there a specific reason we want to upgrade to the new ubuntu? Generally,
I'm generally of the opinion that you wait as long as possible before
upgrading if your current setup works. I believe ubuntu 11 is still getting
security updates.
