[p2pu-dev] Learn page functionality

Hi everyone

So I did some things to improve our current learn page! Please have a look
at http://alpha.p2pu.org/en/discover/ and let me know what your thoughts
are. Things are a little different (hopefully better) - you can apply
multiple tags to look for content and schools and featured act more like
lists.

I have a few more ideas, but I would like to get some feedback before I go
off on a tangent :)
