[p2pu-dev] site is down

Thanks Dirk!

I'm playing with the API locally but for some reason I cannot make
more than one call without restarting the server; the second call
times out. Have you added any throttling or anything I should know?
Calls to p2pu.org seem to be fine. Might be something in my local install.
