Hi everyone

It took a little longer than I hoped, but here is the next release!

Things that happened during this release:
- One button publish for courses
- Draft image for courses under development
- Protection against auto responders
- Format of comment notifications

And lastly... drum roll and applause for Jose and other people that helped!
- Read only API for Users, Schools, Courses and Badges
