[p2pu-dev] Duplicate badge review notifications

I have been receiving 3 copies of every single new badge submission for 
the P2PU Webmaking 101 badges for a while now, I've just been ignoring 
the duplicates but I thought I should probably bring this up. I'm 
assuming this is because I have adapted multiple tasks that refer to the 
same badge. This should be fixed.
