[p2pu-dev] site slowness

yes, same here but behaviour seems to be a bit random. is there any
caching at all in place right now? I've seen memcache mentioned in the
settings file and in some places seems like bits of django caching are
used, but cannot see a clear pattern... any thoughts/previous
experience on using stuff such as  https://www.varnish-cache.org/ ?
