[p2pu-dev] wireframes of badge task/assessment

* I like the idea of actually showing which badges I can challenge for next
to the link "Get a badge". Probably an easy change to Arton's last UX.
* I would not separate the rubric from the evidence. Asking users to toggle
between the two will make it very hard to complete the review.
* I'm wondering if we can tie peer badges into the tasks (and not handle as
a step that comes after the challenge). When someone leaves a great comment
on a post I wrote, I want to give them the badge right there. I'm unlikely
to remember weeks later.
* I thought the work submission, and badge review were one screen - roughly
based on the task page. Do we have enough time to implement as separate
feature for this first phase, or is this an idea for next phase?
* Is the discussion / review thread public? I think it should be - because
it's a good learning resource for others. And in Alex Halavais' pilot, there
were some really great conversations.
