[p2pu-dev] Fwd: challenge adopters and mentors

Adding Chloe who is designing the assessments and can help navigate.
We talked about a "complete the challenge" badge recently - and the
idea was to have one badge that "fills up" (think of it as a cake and
each badge gives you an additional slice) as you complete them.
