[p2pu-dev] interesting - cloud learning environment

the features don't look very inspiring, but it's entirely built on top
of google apps.

this has a few interesting advantages:

* as institutions are migrating their infrastructure to google apps,
they can start using this without any installations / maintenance /
etc.
* no hosting costs - all hosted by google
* as google adds applications they can be integrated (google+ for
example would be great)
