Adding a height (you make reference to width repeatedly) parameter to the
embed code and dialog would help:

[embed:http://jsfiddle.net/dandiebolt/4zJUA/show/|600px]
The width is already 100% so the only way you would get more space is to
play with the page layout.

I just tonight learned that alpha.jsfiddle.net supports coffeescript in the
javascript panel so given coffeescript can be 1/3 the length of the
equivalent javascript we should have an effective height of 3*300px to work
with and that might just buy you some time before the 0day planned for April
