[p2pu-dev] does lernanta support arabic?

I am asking because of a potential pilot project with teachers in the Middle
East.

It's a two part question:

* Can the interface be translated for arabic?

* Is it possible to have arabic language content within a course?

If it's not possible out of the box, how much effort / trouble would it be
to add?
