[p2pu-dev] P2PU Learn landing page

The only change is the inclusion of the top section that displays all the P2PU schools. Below that is listed all the courses in P2PU, just like we have on the "Learn" page right now. We discussed and agreed early on to change the top navigation to just "Learn" and "Contribute" and move the schools to the "Learn" page, where they would be predominantly displayed at the top.
Having the courses listed to the right will allow us to continue to add new schools and help curve the awkwardness of a orphan school sitting on a level by itself. The rollover will allow for additional information about the school, without taking valuable space. This will also help to conserve space when we have a large number of schools.
