[p2pu-dev] Page loading indicator

You can move it too or have it styled so that it's in the search box spot or
show a search field that has "loading" in the value attribute. And it's
replaced with the google one like the loading text is replaced now. (It's so
odd how long it takes to load actually....)

It's a simple change and if I finish some badge stuff ahead of schedule,
I'll do a commit. Otherwise, someone who wants to tackle, feel free :) Just
be sure and push/pull request the commit so we don't duplicate effort.
