[p2pu-dev] making it easier for users to log bugs

[zuzel.vp]

Just integrated lighthouse with help.p2pu.org so we can create
lighthouse tickets from tender discussions.

Eg. http://help.p2pu.org/discussions/questions/1-api is associated
with http://p2pu.lighthouseapp.com/projects/71002/tickets/583

We can also associate discussions with existing lighthouse tickets.
