[p2pu-dev] Error with latest pull

That seems to have done it. Thanks. Checked the development wiki. I think
this is what I used back in the day:

it looks different. There's now
https://github.com/p2pu/lernanta/wiki/Lernanta%27s-Setup-Install Maybe we
should delete the other and point to this one? This one doesn't say to use
--no-site-packages option.
I deleted the lernanta environment and recreated it up without using the
--no-site-packages option, did pip install of the prod.txt and dev.txt and
presto chang-o: it loaded.
