[p2pu-dev] Dev code: Can't change photo

I have not committed the post release bug fixes yet. I am migrating a
running study group now, and will commit the changes next. Hope I will
have time for this before the dinner party I am attending tonight. If
not I will post upload a diff to the tracker in case some needs the
fixes in their dev environment.
