[p2pu-dev] private and public study groups "under development" (was Re: deleting study groups)

I thought if in the sandbox that it was hidden including activity. I
did see that the wording changed from sandbox to "not listed" so maybe
that's all it does.

Maybe instead of "Not Listed" it could be "Testing." Do we need helper
text like "Won't publish activity or show up in group listing or
search"?
