I would like to suscribe to some mailing lists, but I have not been able
since I don't have a gmail account (and I don't want one):

How could  I subscribe?

In the community mailing list I would like to send an invitation to audit a 
web application written in PHP (in the public domain) and used in several NGOs 
in Colombia (there is a small payment for finding and fixing vulnerabilities):

I'm planning a course about that tool on P2PU in future, is it appropriate to
send the invitation to the community list?
