[p2pu-dev] Striping of tasks on the task list

Joe had suggested that we put in zebra striping on the task list. This
was before Sean put in some good styling that, I think, solves this
problem.

What do you all think?

Personally, I think striping would make it too busy but am open to
convincing. :)
