[p2pu-dev] etherpad down

ok, that seems to have been it... etherpad restarted itself as soon as i
killed OSQA (which is nice because it means the script isn't broken). i
restarted osqa, and we have a whopping 30mb of memory free now. living on
the edge-- that's how we do things at p2pu :)
