[p2pu-dev] rewrite url for courses whose name has changed

by removing group/course/whatever, your polluting the root namespace. -1

Some thought should go into this, at github the root namespace is reserved
for the individual and every piece of content is tied back to a user

IE http://github.com/johndbritton [/X]

I'd like the same format adopted at P2PU, or something that makes sense.
Groups could be the root namespace, but that doesn't seem right to me since
everything can't be tied back to a group.
