[p2pu-dev] rewrite url for courses whose name has changed

Hi,

"courses/groups" in the url are used to decide who serves those pages.
They need to be there for example to differentiate between user
profiles and study groups/courses pages  (e.g., math school, math
course, math username).

I will add it to lighthouse.
